Its was a enjoyable run, we also went down to a beach park. This is a better area to run, lesser hills. Managed to run like 20 min, after that was very frustrated by the lack of flat grounds. Started on the strides today, now it feels like training :) Strides seemed simple, but are hard, not sure if I got the technique though, I was trying my best. Looking forward to Saturday run. We started running around the greenlake, I was undecided if I should go for 2 rounds, 6 miles or not, basically was trying to give myself reasons why and why I should not.
